How does the process work?

No matter what you need, Annie takes the time to get to know you, your business, and your target audience. She researches so she can develop the very best design strategy for your business.

The whole process starts with a meeting, either on the phone, in-person, or virtually. Annie will ask you some detailed questions to get to know you and your business, which will help her better understand you and your target market. You’ll discuss a plan of action, which may be as simple as designing a logo with “X-Y-Z” characteristics, or as complex as a 3-year marketing campaign. Each project is totally different, so she’ll provide a formal proposal specifically for you detailing the plan.

After she receives your down payment, she’ll get started on the creative process. Logo designs typically take 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish. Many clients are still in the process of discovering the vibe and overall feeling they want their brand to emit, so there’s no limit or cap on revisions. We’ll keep designing until we’ve reached your idea of perfection.

When you’re 100% satisfied with the design work, the design files will be delivered to you via email with a link to download all of your files and brand guide. Logo files always include vector (EPS & PDF) and high resolution raster (JPG & PNG) files. If your logo design has a tagline or multiple variations, the files may be delivered to you separately and together to make your life as easy as possible.
